I would like to express my greatest gratitude to ParkCity Everly Hotel Bintulu during my recent stay. The management team rendered me great help in the search of my misplaced item.

The story goes like this; I passed my external hard disk to one of the bartender during my visit to their pub. However, I did not collect it back from him after I left the pub. I realised that at 530am the next day. There begin my search of the item. I highlighted the matter to front desk officer. They made numerous calls to search for the unknown bartender; they even brought back the manager in charge of the bar when the event occurred. The entire search mobilised a team of at least four persons and lasted for five hours including viewing the CCTV playbacks, searching and hunting within the premises, making phone calls to locate the bartender. Finally, we found it being kept safely away from others by the bartender.

I am a business traveller and travel regularly within Malaysia and South East Asia. I believe this far, this is the best hotel with such kind of support to their guest.
